Section 203. Affixing bills or otherwise defacing mosques.

Whoever, without the written permission of the Commissioner, affixes any advertisement, bill, notice, paper, banner, flag, poster against, or writes upon, marks, defaces, smears with any thing whatever, or damages, alters or removes, any mosque commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding one year or with both.
