PART XXII - COURT FEES, COSTS AND ALLOWANCES


Section 213. Assessment of costs.

(1) Costs shall be assessed by the Judge or Registrar as prescribed by Rules made under section 236.

(2) Notwithstanding the provision of subsection (1), the Judge or Registrar may in his discretion allow costs for items not specified in the Rules.
