PART XIV - TRANSFER OF PROCEEDINGS
Section 87. Method.
(1) When a Court wish to transfer a case to another Court, the Court from which the proceedings are transferred, shall send to the another Court-
(a
)
a certified copy of the order for transfer ;
(b)
certified copies of all entries in the Court's book relating to the proceedings ;
(c)
the Court's file of the proceedings ; and
(d)
any other relevant documents.
(2) The Court which transfer it shall retain the original order for transfer.
