PART XXII - JUDGMENT DEBTOR SUMMONS, WARRANT OF ARREST, ECT.
Section 167. Warrant of arrest.
(1) If an order of arrest is made the Registrar shall issue a warrant in Form 23.
(2) Before the warrant issued under the provisions of this section is executed, the judgment creditor shall, unless the Court otherwise orders, deposit with the bailiff a sum sufficient in the opinion of the bailiff to defray the cost of bringing the judgment debtor before the Court and detaining him in custody pending his apprearance.
(3) A bailiff shall give a receipt and shall account for any money so deposited and shall return to the depositor any balance remaining over after discharge of the judgment debtor.
