PART XXXI - COST, ALLOWANCES AND COURT FEES


Section 232. Court fees.

(1) The fees and percentages shall be paid in respect of all causes, matter and proceedings in Courts.

(2) All such fees and percentages shall be collected by means of cash :

Provided that in proceedings by or against a Government the Government shall not be required to pay any Court fees.
