Section 176. Appointment of Imam Besar, Chief Imam, or Imam.

His Royal Highness the Sultan may by Tauliah appoint any suitable person to be the Imam Besar for the State Mosque and the Chief Imam or Imam for any mosque where Friday prayers may be held, and may at any time revoke the appointment.
