Section 213. Cessation of application of Enactment 1965.

Sections 53, 61 to 65, 67 to 71 and 73 to 76 of Enactment 1965 shall hereby cease to apply:

Provided that for cases and matters pending in Court at the commencement of this Code the provisions of this Code shall apply to the extent that it causes no injustice.
