PART III - REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE

Section 19. Registration under this Enactment.

(1) A marriage of a person ordinarily domiciled in this State or resident outside this state but domiciled in this State, under this Enactment, shall be registered under the provisions of this Enactment.

(2) These provisions of this Enactment shall not apply to any marriage solemnized after the coming into force of this Enactment not registered or deemed to be registered under the provisions of this Enactment.
