Section 95. Omission to report or appear before Registrar within prescribed time.

Any person who, being required by section 21 or section 24 to report or to appear before a Registrar, omits to do so within the prescribed time shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or both.
