PART III - MARRIAGE AND REGISTRATION
Section 19. Polygamy.
No male person shall marry another woman at any place while he is married unless he has obtained a prior written consent of a Court of a Qadhi and if he marries without such consent such marriage shall not be registered under this Enactment.
