Section 216. Disregarding order in respect of commencement of Ramadan and the two Hari Rayas.

Whoever disobeys or disregards the order of His Royal Highness the Sultan in respect of the commencement of Ramadan or Hari Raya Fitrah or Hari Raya Haji commits an offence and shall be punished with a and the two, fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding six mohths or with both.
