Section 60. Trusteeship of mosques.

Notwithstanding any provision contained in any written instrument, the Majlis shall be the trustee of all mosques in the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan and every mosque, together with its land and property and any land which is appurtenant to and used for the purposes of the mosque shall, without any conveyance, assignment, or transfer, vest in the Majlis for the purposes of this Enactment and the Majlis shall have the same registered under the National Land Code.
