Section 43. Administration or management of wakaf am or wakaf khas without permission of Majlis
Any person who administers or manages wakaf am or wakaf khas without written permission of the Majlis commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
