Section 43. Registrars and other Court officials.

(1) Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan may, on the recommendation of the Chief Syariah Judge, appoint, from among members of the Public Service, a Chief Registrar of the Syariah Appeal Court, a Registrar of the Syariah High Court, and Assistant Registrars of the Syariah Subordinate Courts.

(2) There shall be appointed bailiffs, process servers and other Court officials as may be required.
