(1) Any mawquf which is destroyed whether wholly or partially, may be redeveloped from the following sources:
(a) Wakaf Fund;
(b) Baitulmal; or
(c) other permitted sources.
(2) If a mawquf is wholly destroyed and redeveloped by utilising the money from the Baitulmal or any other permitted sources, the property shall be deemed to be a wakaf.
