PART VI - SERVICE CHAPTER 1 - SERVICE WITHIN JURISDICTION
Section 47. Special cases.
(1) Service on a person under disability shall be made on his lawful guardian, if any.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Court may on application order the service on a person under disability to be made on any other person.
(3) Service on a person in prison or other places of detention shall be made on the Officer in Charge thereof, who shall serve the same on the said person.
(4) Service on any member of the Armed Forces shall be made on the commanding officer or adjutant of his unit, who shall serve the same on the said member.
