Process To Compel Appearance (Civil Cases)

Section 89. Special cases.

(1) When any person under legal disability is to be served with a document, service shall be made on hiscommittee, if any, or if there is no committee, on the person with whom he resides or under whose care he is.

(2) The Court may order that service upon a person under legal disability be deemed to be good service.

(3) A person in prison shall be deemed to be served if service is effected on the officer in charge of the prison, who shall transmit the proceedings to the person.
