PART I - PRELIMINARY

Section 1. Short title and commencement

(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Administration of the Religion of Islam Enactment 2006.

(2) This Enactment shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by the Duli Yang Maha Mulia Raja Pemerintah by Notification in the Gazette.

(3) The Duli Yang Maha Mulia Raja Pemerintah may appoint different dates for the coming into operation of different parts of this Enactment.
