Section 73. Sanction to prosecute from Chief Syariah Prosecutor

No prosecution for any offence under sections 4,8,9, 12, or 13 of the Syariah Criminal Offences (State of Penang) Enactment 1996 (Pg. En. 3/96)shall be instituted except with the sanction the Chief Syariah Prosecutor.
