PART V - MAINTENANCE OF WIFE, CHILDREN AND OTHERS
Section 67. Duty of maintaining illegitimate children.
(1) If any woman neglects or refuses to maintain an illegitimate child of hers who is unable to maintain himself, the Court, upon due proof thereof, may order such woman to make such monthly allowance as to the Court seems reasonable.
(2) Such allowance shall be payable from the date of such neglect or default or from such later date as may be specified in the order.
