PART V - MAINTENANCE OF WIFE, CHILDREN AND OTHERS
Section 53. Right of maintenance to cease on termination of period of edah.
(1) The right of any divorce wife to receive maintenance from her former husband under any order of Court shall cease on the termination of the period of edah or when the wife is living in adultery with any other person, whichever is the earlier.
(2) The right of any divorced wife to receive maintenance from her former husband shall cease on her marriage to any other person.
