CHAPTER 1 - INTERLOCUTORY PROCEEDINGS

Section 194. Ex-parte order may be set aside.

(1) The Court may, on the application of any party to any cause or matter, set aside an ex-parte order made under this Chapter.

(2) For the purpose of subsection (1), an application shall be made within 14 days from the date of the order and shall be heard inter-parte.
