Section 84. Security shall be given.
(1) If a person is appointed a guardian of the property of a child by the Court, he shall unless the Court otherwise orders give security of fixed value that he shall perform his duty duly as the guardian.
(2) The security shall be given in accordance with the procedure fixed at the time similar to that in the appointment of a receiver by the Court, and the guardian so appointed shall produce his account for the periods ordered, and shall pay whatever balance certified to be repayable by him to Court in accordance with the procedure as applicable to a receiver.
