Section 170. Commissioner may direct that khutbah issued by Department be read.

The Commissioner may, with the approval of the Majlis, from time to time issue directions that only khutbah prepared or approved by the Department be read as khutbah for the purpose of Friday prayers or Hari Raya prayers or other prayers involving the reading of khutbah.
