PART II - MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM NEGERI PULAU PINANG
Section 40. Majlis may adopt regulations, etc.
In making any regulations under this Part, the Majlis may, with the approval of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, adopt with such modifications as it deems fit any regulations, policies, circulars and directives enacted or issued by the Federal Government or State Government.
