Section 11. Appointment of Kadi Besar and Deputy Kadi Besar.

(1) His Highness the Sultan may after considering the advice of the Majlis, appoint any fit and proper person to be the Kadi Besar and Deputies Kadi Besar.

(2) The appointment of Kadi Besar and Deputies Kadi Besar shall be published in the Gazette.
