Section 29. Minor plaintiff attaining majority.

(1) A minor plaintiff on attaining majority during the pendency of the proceedings, may either withdraw the same before taking any step therein adopt the same.

(2) Leave of Court to withdraw shall not be required, but the provisions of Part XIII shall apply as regards to the matters.

(3) If the plaintiff withdraws the action, he shall not be personally liable for costs, unless the Court otherwise order.

(4) If there are more than one plain tiff, the minor plaintiff shall not withdraw the action without leave of the Court but may apply to the Court remove his name or if he is a necessary party in the proceedings delete his name as plaintiff and make him as defendant, on such terms as the Court may determine.

(5) If the action is continued, the plaintiff may amend the title of the action and the Court may amend the same and release his lawful guardian.
