Search Warrants

Section 47. Form of search warrant

(1) Every search warrant issued by the Court under this Enactment shall be in Form 4 of the Second Schedule and signed by the Judge and shall bear the seal of the Court.

(2) Every such warrant shall remain in force for a reasonable number of days to be specified in the warrant.
