Section 119. Birth after admission that period of edah has terminated.

If a woman, who has not remarried, makes an admission that her period of edah has terminated, whether the edah is because of the death of her husband or of divorce, and the woman subsequently gives birth to a child, the husband of the woman shall not be deemed to be the father of the child, unless the child is born during a period, which can be accepted by Hukum Syarak, from the date of the marriage.
