PART XXII - JUDGMENT DEBTOR SUMMONS, WARRANT OF ARREST, ECT.
Section 175. Manner of seizure.
(1) Any property liable to the attached before judgment shall seized in the manner prescribed in for the seizure and sale under Part XX.
(2) If any property has been attached under subsection (1) it shall not be necessary to seize it thereafter in execution, but it shall be deemed to have been seized in execution under an order for execution delivered as late as at 4 p.m. on the day on which the judgment was given, and may be sold accordingly.
