Section 116. Acknowledgement by a women in ‘iddah.
Where the acknowledgeor is a women who is married or who is observing the ‘iddah, the paternity of the person acknowledged shall not be ascribed to her husband unless her acknowledgement is confirmed by him or by evidence.
