PART VII - SERVICE
Section 47. Special cases.
(1) The service to any person or person under disability shall be made on his guardian ad litemif any, or on the person with whom he resides or under whose care he is. The Court may order that service upon the person under disability shall be deemed good service.
(2) Service on prisoner in prison shall be made on the officer in charge of the prison, who shall cause the proceedings to be transmitted to him.
(3) Service on duly member of the armed forces shall be deemed good if made on the commanding officer or adjutant of his unit, who shall cause the proceedings to be transmitted to him.
