PART IV - INVALID WAKAF

Section 14. Situation when wakaf to some of the beneficiaries entitled to the estate becomes invalid.

A wakaf is invalid if made only to some of the beneficiaries who are entitled to inherit from the estate of the waqif, unless with the consent of all the remaining beneficiaries.
