PART IX - PENALTIES


Section 124. Disobedience of wife.

Any woman who wilfully disobeys any order lawfully given by her husband according to Hukum Syara' commits an offence and shall on conviction be punished with a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty ringgit or, in the case of a second or subsequent offence, with a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit.
