PART VIII - SERVICE OUT OF THE JURISDICTION
Section 51. When allowed.
(1) The Court may order service out of the jurisdiction of any proces whenever-
(a) the whole subject matter of an action properly brought in the Court is immovable property situated within the State (with or without rents profits or damages) ;
(b) any relief sought against any person domiciled or ordinarily residing or carry on business within the state ; or
(c) any person out of the State is a necessary or proper party to an action properly brought in the Court against some other person duly served within the state.
(2) Any order saving leave to effect such service shall direct in what mode service is to be effected and how such service may be proved.
