PART I - PRELIMINARY
Section 1. Short title.
(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Syariah Court Civil Procedure Enactment 1996.
(2) This Enactment shall come into force on a date to be appointed by Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan by notification in the
Gazette.
