PART VII - BAITULMAL
Section 77. Vesting.
(1) All money and property subject to the provisions of sections 73 to 76 and situate in the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan, shall vest in the Majlis, without any conveyance, assignment or transfer whatvere, and in the case of immovable property the Majlis shall cause such vesting to be registered under the National Land Code.
(2) The Majlis shall take all necessary steps to vest in the Majlis for like purposes any such property situate outside the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan.
