(1) The lawful mawquf shall not be part of the Baitulmal, but shall be applied in pursuance of such wakaf held under the Wakaf Fund.
(2) If the terms of any wakaf do not specify the manner of applicaton of the property effected by it, or it is uncertain from such term in what manner the property should be applied, the Majlis may direct that such property shall be added to the Wakaf Fund as wakaf am.
