(1) The Syariah Court Rules Committee may by notification in the Gazette, from time to time, make, amend or revoke Rules for carrying out the provisions of this Enactment, and in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, may make Rules for-
(a) the practice and procedures of Syariah Court;
(b) for determining the. fees, costs and allowances relating to all proceedings in Courts;
(c) for determining the powers and duties of officers of the Courts;
(d) the forms, books of accounts, reports and other documents to be used in respect of any action or matter to be done under or in pursuant to this Enactment;
(e) the conduct of Court, form and the method of execution of any instruments and the appointment of officer or representative of the Court;
(f) for regulating the receipt, payment out of monies and securities in the custody of the Courts; and
(g) other matters it considers necessary for the implementation of the provisions of this Enactment.
(2) The Rules Committee may amend or add the Forms in the First Schedule and the matters enumerated in the Second Schedule.
