PART III- SYAR'IAH COURTS Procedure in Criminal Proceedings
Section 115. Sentences of fine.
(1) The Court passing a sentence of a fine may, on such conditions for ensuring payment as it thinks necessary, give time to pay or allow payment by instalments.
(2) Fines may be recovered in like manner as is provided in section 131 for the execution of judgments in civil proceedings.
