Section 88. Evidence of a witness and oath

Evidence of only one witness for the plaintiff is admissible in a civil case provided the plaintiff also takes an oath.

ILLUSTRATIONS

A plaintiff who claims a debt from another person and has only one witness, the claim may be accepted based on such witness and accompanied by the oath made by the plaintiff.
