CHAPTER 14 - OF SENTENCES AND THE CARRYING OUT THEREOF


Section 122. Place for executing sentence of whipping.

When the accused is sentenced to fine and whipping or whipping only, the whipping shall be executed at such place and time as the Court may direct.
