PART III - REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGES
Section 32. Legal effect of registration.
Nothing in this Enactment or rules made under this Enactment shall bt construed to render valid or invalid any marriage that otherwise is invalid or valid, merely by reason of its having been or not having been registered.
