Section 123. Appeals
Any person aggrieved by any decision of any Court, any Syariah Judge, or any Registrar under this Enactment may appeal to the Court of Appeal in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Administration of the Religion of Islam and the Malay Custom of Pahang Enactment 1982 or in any other law relating to civil and criminal procedure in the Syariah Courts.
