Section 22. Syurb
Whoever drinking liquor or any other intoxicating drinks whether he is intoxicated or not, irrespective of the quantity he consumed, is committing a syurb offence and upon conviction shall be punished with whipping of not more than eighty lashes and not less than forty lashes.
