PART XXXII - CONTEMPT OF COURT
Section 237. Vacation of order.
An order made by way of punishment for contempt of Court may be suspended, vacated or varied by the Court for sufficient reason, and in particular, if the person guilty of contempt makes proper submission and apology or otherwise purges his contempt.
