PART II - MARRIAGE
Section 22. Entry in Marriage Register.
(1) Immediately after the solemnization of a marriage, the Registrar shall enter the prescribed particulars and the prescribed ta'liq of the marriage in the Marriage Register.
(2) The entry shall be attested to by the parties to the marriage and by two witnesses, other than the Registrar, present at the time the marriage is solemnized.
(3) The entry shall then be signed by the Registrar.
