PART VI - MAINTENANCE OF WIFE AND CHILDREN
Section 68. Duty to maintain an illegitimate child.
(1) If a female person neglects or refuses to maintain her illegitimate child who is unable to maintan himself the Court may, if the neglect or refusal is duly timate child. proved order the female person to give him a monthly allowance which the Court thinks fit.
(2) The allowance is payable from the date of neglect or refusal or from a later date as provided in the order.
