PART XXII - JUDGMENT DEBTOR SUMMONS, WARRANT OF ARREST, ECT.
Section 170. Arrest of judgment debtor.
(1) Application for an order of arrest shall be made in chambers and may be ex parte unless in any case the Court shall otherwise order.
(2) All evidence in support of any such application under this section shall be by affidavit and copies of such affidavits shall be delivered to the bailiff with the order of arrest and shall be served on the defendant together with the order.
(3) An order of arrest shall be in Form 26 but shall not be executed until the plaintiff shall have made a deposit with the bailiff.
(4) Every such order shall be endorsed with the judgment creditor's address for service.
