PART X - GENERAL
Section 123. Additional powers.
His Highness the Sultan may, by notification in Additional the Gazette make regulations for the purpose of this powers. Enactment and without prejudice to the generality of such powers the regulations may provide for-
(a) the determination of the manner a Registrar of Marriage, Divorce and Revocation shall exercise his powers conferred on him by this Enactment;
(b) the form of the Central Register, District Register and the manner such Registers be kept;
(c) the provisions and the safe custody of the Central Register, District Register, the Forms and every affidavit filed for the purpose of this Enactment;
(d) preparation and production of marriage, divorce and revocation returns registered under this Enactment;
(e) the format of any certificate, notice or other document required for the purpose of executing the provisions of this Enactment;
(t) the search, extract and the issue of certified copies;
(g) the determination of any payment that may be imposed for the purpose of this Enactment;
(h) the punishment for any contravention or failure to comply with any of the regulations made under this Enactment; and
(i) other matters for the purpose for putting into effect the provisions of this Enactment.
